The Saddle-up Stable  -  Batty

Batty mare joined us in October 2002 and is seen here doing 'catching' duty at the United point-to-point, ridden by the United's whipper-in, Richard.

She is an Irish-bred mare, 16.2 hh, 8 years old and was bought from Anglesey.  She had a few problems early on - a couple of impacted wolf teeth were removed by Bob Weaver, our excellent E.D.T. with veterinary assistance.

She's a nice looking mare who is an excellent jumper, and does regular duty with the Field Master.
