Newham is the East End of London and aside from the Docklands Riding centre there that does good work, there are more horse around ther than you think.

And all up the road from the squillions being poured into the ~Olympics. sad.gif Would be good if a locval rag would pick it up and run with it but don;t hold out much hope.

Hope the poor liittle thing was stillborn and dumped rather than deliberately neglected.

Possibly a late born foal, got hypothermia and died..lets hope that was it..it could be far worse. Poor baby. I'm still so angryfire.gif over the North Yorks ones leftt o starve.
The owner(s) of those should be left in a cage with no food/water in freezing temps and see how they like it. My big questions on these things is what has happened to the wonderful, all singing , all dancing fantastic 2006 Welfare Act! :angryfire; things are no better now than before it regardless of the propaganda being spoouted by certain other organisations! These abuses and neglect were meant to be finished with..bah! angryfire.gif until there are real deterants nothing will change! bring back public flogging!
