Today i visited the annual horse fair held in Kenilworth.
I must say that I did not see anything bad to report. All horses that I observed looked to be in good condition and to be handled ok.
Most were tied to the side of horseboxes and trailers while others were tethered, lead around or in small enclosures secured with electric tape. I only saw one horse been ridden in tack and another been driven in a trap - both ok. Of course we got offered many good sorts and huge cob stallion that was apparently bombproof rolleyes.gif

There were lots of puppies been sold and were in the usual cages/crates but i did not see any that looked too young or poorly. Mostly I witnessed them recieving food and water or had water present in the cages.
I did see a mother and daughter with a bunny in a cardboard box with a wire lid on top....again nothing seemed cruel about this but i wanted to take him home!!

Oh and chickens and cockerals in abundance!!

I just wondered if anyone else went today and if they saw anything different?
